From time to time, we may update this section. We reserve the right, at our sole and exclusive discretion, to add, change, modify, or remove portions at any time. These changes will be posted on our website.
1. Shipping Charges:
Central Long Island - Orders $99.99 Or Less:
We offer delivery with company trucks to most areas in Nassau and Suffolk County. A freight charge of $25.00 will apply. Some exceptions (Long Beach for example) apply. Please call in advance to confirm if you are unsure about your address.
Central Long Island - Orders $100 to $199.99:
We offer delivery with company trucks to most areas in Nassau and Suffolk County. A freight charge of $15.00 will apply. Some exceptions (Long Beach for example) apply. Please call in advance to confirm if you are unsure about your address.
Central Long Island - Orders Over $200:
We offer free delivery to most areas of Nassau and Western Suffolk County. Some exceptions (Long Beach for example) apply. Please call in advance to confirm if you are unsure about your address.
North Fork - East Of Long Island National Golf Course:
Due to heavy traffic and extra time required, freight charges will apply to orders delivered to addresses East of Long Island National Golf Course. Current delivery charge for all orders is $59.99. Please note that curbside pickup is available for all orders.
South Fork - East Of Francis S. Gabreski Airport:
Due to heavy traffic and extra time required, freight charges will apply to orders delivered to addresses East of Francis S. Gabreski Airport. Current delivery charge for all orders is $59.99. Please note that curbside pickup is available for all orders.
2. Other Shipping Terms and Conditions:
Orders ship directly from our warehouse in Hauppauge. Items that are in stock will generally be routed for delivery within 24 hours. Delivery on stock items will generally be completed in 1-2 business days. We deliver Monday – Friday during normal business hours.
You (or somebody you designate) must be available to accept delivery or a $10 re-delivery charge will be applied.
If you select the incorrect delivery option, a member of our team will call you to fix the issue and collect the applicable delivery charge. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be held until we are able to make contact.
3. Prices Subject to Change:
We make every attempt to keep prices low and stable. Prices, however, are subject to increase or decrease without notice.
4. Payment Options:
Credit Cards We Accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
During checkout, please provide billing address and other relevant information to process your order. The information you provide should match the information on file with your credit card.
5. Fraud Protection Policy:
Please make sure that billing name and address match those on the credit card you are using. If the billing and shipping addresses are different, a member of our team will contact both you and (if necessary) the card issuer. We will try for 2-3 business days to clarify the situation – If we are unable to reach you in this time frame, we will cancel the order in question
6. Limitation of Liability:
We do not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for injuries caused by the use of products sold.
PackagingSupplyDepot.com (including its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and representatives) will not be liable for:
– Injuries
– Loss of profits
– Loss of business or other consequential damages
– Damage during shipment using product purchased from us
– Indirect or punitive damages
– Any claim by any third party
By using this site, you hereby agree that the sole and exclusive MAXIMUM liability arising from any product sold on this site shall be the price of the product ordered.
